our boat
Our boat is an Ebbtide 33, built in 1983 by Oceancraft in Cornwall, England.
We maintain a blog for Ebbtide owners all over the world- currently found at www.ebbtide-owners-group.blogspot.com
We found the boat sitting in the back of Marathon Boatyard in the Florida Keys, and purchased her in September, 2005. From what we’ve gathered, she was left there by her previous owner, who had her hauled out and passed away before he could launch her again. John and I fell in love with her lines, her cedar interior, her outboard rudder, her boom gallows. It has been a labor of love- a LOT of labor.
